How much do I earn for each click?

Each CPC ad is different, currently ranging from $0.025 to $0.20 per valid click. Please note that only valid clicks are paid and all clicks are audited.

A valid click is a click by a real person clicking on an ad out of genuine interest and free will, and is physically in a country targeted by the ad. All non-valid clicks are considered click fraud which will result in an account being red flagged or banned permanently.

How do I make money on RevTwt?

You register as a publisher at http://revtwt.com/signup.php and add your Twitter account information.

Then you can post Cost Per Click (CPC) ads into your Twitter timeline. When other users click on the ads you post, you get paid for each valid click. Click fraud is monitored in real time and is not tolerated.

You can also earn a fixed fee by posting Cost Per Thousand (CPT) followers ads into your Twitter timeline. You need to have the minimum number of followers specified by the advertiser in order to post a CPT ad.

In addition, you can include Cost per Action (CPA) ads in every email you sent, or post them in your forum post, blog comment, social network status update, wall post and make money from and every social conversation you have on the Internet! Why is my click count lower now?

Before we acquired the site, there was very rudimentary Bot Click filtering (BCF) and Click Fraud Detection (CFD). Most bot clicks and fraudulent clicks were counted and charged to advertisers. It was driving away advertisers. We all know, without advertisers, there is no money to be made by anyone.

We understand perfectly that for us to be a viable platform, we have to watch out for the interest of both the advertisers and publishers. Without strict click fraud detection and bot click filtering, advertisers will leave and there is no money to be made by anyone. On the other hand, if we did not honor valid clicks generated by honest publishers, they will leave and there is no one to post ads for the advertisers. We are strict on click fraud to deliver value to advertisers, and at the same time, we make sure every valid click is counted so both publishers and us can earn some money. And we pay promptly publishers who earn their money without committing click fraud.


Three things affect the click counts on a RevTwt ad you post:

1. Most of the ads are country targeted. Clicks from outside the target countries are not counted.

2. We only count multiple clicks from same IP or PC once. If CFD is triggered, then all clicks will be audited and if click fraud is found, none of the clicks will count and the account is banned permanently.

3. Many of the clicks on a RevTwt ad on any links you post on Twitter are bot clicks, for example, Twitturl.com and many other bots crawl links in Twitter, trying to rank them or index them. These bot generates tens of thousands of clicks on our ads and obviously, they cannot counted. Below is an example of clicks generated by a Twitter account on 4/29/2009. Out of 17 clicks, there were only 5 valid clicks. To see whether a click is a bot click, look at the URL it is from (typically it is blank or a known bot site like twitturl.com) and the user agent (the last one), among other things. Bot clicks are just crawlers/indexers that are trying to index the links on Twitter, they are not real humans looking at the pages.

RevTwt attempts to contact Twitter server to update follower counts every 30 minutes. However, sometimes it may take several tries to get updates. When you add a new Twitter account the follower count is set at 0 by default. Once the update is completed your follower count will be at what your Twitter profile shows.

Also, if you have an account suspended it should also show a 0 on the next update.

How and when will I get paid?

Rupert Murdoch, a multi-billionaire business mogul, saw the potential in these "power communities". He purchased MySpace, a completely FREE social networking site, for a whopping $580 million in 2005.

Google saw the growing popularity of YouTube, another FREE video networking site. Google bought out YouTube for almost $2 billion in 2007, even though they've got their own video site, Google Video.

Why you may ask? Well, YouTube did a better job of connecting people and encouraging the social aspect of the community than Google did.

As you can see, the trends are CLEARLY heading in the direction of social networking communities. However, there are very few people who see how profitable this can be. And even the ones that do see the potential don't fully understand how to optimize and execute it.

People are tired of "being sold". They are developing more of a mistrust for commercialized websites and corporations. People trust people, and that is exactly why the social networking revolution is so powerful.

Sample Resumes Your resume is one of the most important job search tools you have. Getting your resume ready used to be relatively simple - write it, design it, format it, print it on good quality bond paper and send it off to prospective employers. Now job seekers need to be prepared to design a resume, send it via email or as an attachment to an email, post it to an employer web site or a resume database and create a hypertext resume for the web.
